Since beginning her legal career in 2016, Ciara has built a reputation for exceptional professionalism, meticulous case preparation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She joined de Castro Law Office in 2022 and serves as the firm's Lead Paralegal, where she has become an indispensable member of the criminal defense team.
Drawing on nearly a decade of legal experience across multiple practice areas, Ciara oversees many aspects of case preparation, including client communication, discovery management, legal filings, legal document preparation, case research, trial preparation, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps each case progressing efficiently. Working closely with the attorneys and legal assistant, she helps ensure every case is prepared with precision, organization, and attention to detail.
Respected for her leadership, work ethic, and ability to navigate even the most demanding cases, Ciara is a trusted resource to both the attorneys she supports and the clients she serves. Outside the office, Ciara enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and exploring the outdoors. She is also deeply committed to her community and actively volunteers to support local organizations and causes.
Legal Assistant & Social Media Manager
Heather Heesch
Heather joined de Castro Law Office in 2024 and serves as the firm's Legal Assistant and Social Media Manager. With a passion for criminal defense and a commitment to exceptional client service, she is an integral part of the team, contributing to every stage of the legal process while helping ensure each client receives the highest level of care and attention.
Working alongside the attorney and paralegal, Heather coordinates client communications, conducts legal research, organizes discovery, assists with trial preparation, and oversees the countless moving parts that keep complex criminal cases on track. She also directs the firm's marketing and social media presence, helping educate the community and communicating the firm's dedication to protecting the rights of every client.
Known for her initiative, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate the needs of both clients and the legal team, Heather has become a trusted resource within the firm. Her professionalism, commitment to excellence, and genuine investment in every case make her an invaluable member of the de Castro Law Office team.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, and visiting aquariums. She has a strong appreciation for marine conservation and supports organizations dedicated to preserving ocean ecosystems and protecting marine wildlife. Closer to home, she enjoys supporting local musicians, small businesses, and community initiatives.
